Our serviced offices are available immediately or at very short notice. Using our serviced office, conference room or a simple desk space plan will save your company a lot of money as you pay only for what you use. All the office infrastructure, including reception, kitchen, toilets etc. is shared with others. This enables you to start business immediately without long-term contracts and all costs for heating, air condition, cleaning and electricity are already included in the rent you pay.

Serviced Office plans

Desk Space: The desk space plan is suitable for business people who travel frequently and need a temporary base. It also benefits business owners who wish to escape their home offices. Just come with your laptop or use a workstation provided.
Office Space: The serviced office rental plan is for small or home based businesses and larger companies who require additional office space, for example during project work. Serviced offices come fully furnished, with internet access and phone line already connected, you just walk in and start working. Office space can be booked on hourly, half daily, daily, weekly or monthly basis and is suitable for 1-4 persons.
Conference and Meeting Rooms: If you use one of our virtual offices and a potential client wishes to meet you in "your" office you can rent either a fully furnished office or a meeting room. Simply arrange your booking with us (e.g. tell us how long you need the office/meeting room, how many people join the meeting etc) and we take care of the rest. We welcome your visitors, provide you with state of the art telecommunication services, broadband internet access, catering, equipment and if required a PA.
